summaryThis talk takes off from Frank Jackson's knowledge argument, and develops a familiar analogy between knowledge of what it is like and indexical, or self-locating knowledge. I will argue that the analogy helps to clarify the nature of self-locating knowledge, as well as the relationship between knowledge and phenomena experience.
