| summary | Accumulating evidence supports the critical importance of aberrant or defective pre-mRNA in human diseases. I will present our work using molecular, biochemical and system biology approaches to investigate pre-mRNA splicing defects and aberrant splicing regulation in neurodegenerative disorders, such as dementia and retinal degeneration. |
