| summary | VirtuOz is a French start-up developing conversational agents since 2002. We now have numerous prestigious clients such as Voyages-Sncf, Ebay and Neuf Telecom. During the talk, I will give a complete overview of our technology. Firstly I will talk about our semantical analyser based on the linguistic mean-text theory, and our dialog strategy module. Then I will move on to presenting our dialog-mining tool, and how our customers use the information hidden in the dialogs. The final part will be about the next steps and particularly about our MDP (markov decision process) approach to integrating the dialog strategy self-learning. |
