| summary | A series of research has shown that meditation training improves attention and self-control. However, the underlying mechanisms are still in debate. This talk will address the brain mechanisms using one form of brief meditation intervention, the Integrative body-mindtraining (IBMT) and also discuss the application in mental disorders. |
