summaryThis project is based on two axes: the first is on the assumption of complexity matching, which suggests that walking in synchrony with a young subject will allow a temporary restoration of complexity in the elderly. Therefore, we wish to evidence at the end of this PhD project a possible long-term effects of a prolonged training of this synchronized walk. For the second axis of this doctoral project, our aim is to complete a longitudinal analysis monitoring the evolution of complexity with aging in subjects selected during a previous PhD. The ultimate objective is to develop tests to assess pre-frailty in the elderly in an operational and disseminable version.
