| summary | Much of my work has concerned the automatic analysis of humans engaged in a conversation and using the results of this analysis for generating the behaviour of embodied conversational agents. There has always been an interest in looking at a diversity of modalities: speech, gaze, facial expressions, head movements etc. In this talk I would like to present some work of recent years exploring human-system interaction also using the tactile modality and looking at some forms of more ambient interactions, presenting our work on an interactive playground. |
