summaryRehabilitation, aiming to stimulate underlying neuralplasticity, takes an important place in patients’ treatment post-stroke. Ageneral ‘one-fits-all’ rehabilitation program leads to a recovery gain that isfairly predictable depending on the state of the patient at one month. Tomaximize recovery, the strategy should be adapted to the individual patient. Here we confronted functional imaging data with simultaneously recorded movementkinematics early post-stroke and after six weeks of rehabilitation, to a/identify recovery profiles and b/ understand plasticity. We revealed howdifferent kinematic profiles seemed related to different motor controlstrategies. Analyzing kinematics in a standardized manner might contribute tothe implementation of a personalized rehabilitation strategy and impact regionsof interest for brain stimulation.
