| summary | Adaptive behaviors such as learning and decision-making are supported by the dynamic coordination of neural activity over large-scale networks. The properties of brain coordination processes, however, remain unclear. In my talk, I will present an approach combining atlas-based high-gamma (60-120Hz) MEG activity with directed functional connectivity analyses to characterise the dynamics and information flow in cognitive brain networks. In particular, I will present results suggesting how different regions of the fronto-striatal circuits dynamically interact to support visuomotor transformation processes and goal-directed learning. |
