summaryWhat is it about? The aim of the 3-day conference will be to bring together recent findings on how cognition, motivation and emotion impact motor behavior, using a cross neuro-psycho-physiological approach. It includes both fundamental and applied research in the fields of cognitive and affective sciences, social and health psychology, as well as sport sciences. Individual differences in the way we act and interact with our environment are caused by physical, social and psychological factors. These parameters that can influence, e.g., preferences and tolerances, are rarely considered together in contemporary theories of human motor behavior. New theoretical concepts, empirical research and evidence-based practice approaches are sought.
